I love this Walgreens Pharmacy – they get the job done, and they deliver. The pharmacist and staff are really friendly and helpful and have always come through for my family and me. It is a Small local pharmacy that actually functions for the community and isn’t a CVS/ Duane Reade/ Right Aid. I always try and support them.
The one star is for the short Hispanic girl with dark hair that hands out the customers’ prescriptions at the front counter. She violates the customer’s privacy by publicly providing what a customer’s prescriptions are. To excuse her behavior for violating HIPPA LAW, she blames customers for late pick-up. I spoke with the manager after being put through a circle with customer service via telephone (resulting in me having to call back twice) apologized, but not before attempting to excuse his employee’s POOR BEHAVIOR! Whoever reads this, I advise you to take your business elsewhere unless you want your rights violated than by all means…

ACME Markets Pharmacy is where I do most of my shopping. I pass here almost every day on my way home from work. I get good rewards, coupons, and Extrabucks. The employees are friendly and courteous, and I always find the items I’m looking for you could find it entering South Station; I use the upstairs level more than the lower level, but it’s an excellent place for shopping.
I’ve never experienced a store with cashiers moving this slow ever before. It seems they would rather you put your items back and leave the store. There’s always only 1 or maybe 2 at the most cashiers on duty and a long line filled with annoyed customers. Owners / Managers I seriously suggest that you correct this problem very soon. I never do reviews, but I felt this store is in desperate need, so they know what needs to be corrected and fast!!

On the way back from my mechanic today, I decided to stop in here (as it had been quite a while since I moved closer to their N. Dallas store). Still the same quality of items. I picked up a few of their chocolate bars and a bottle of the CBD oil they carry to help with my Asperger’s. None of that is the reason I’m writing, though. It’s because several of the techs & pharmacists (that have been there for years) even remembered me from before- and that’s not something that I’ve ever had to happen at the chain pharmacies with their CONSTANT employee turn-around! Thank y’all, for reminding customers that they are more than just their ailments & prescriptions.
ViaQX Pharmacy is a fantastic family ran business!!! The wait is minimal….. If the wait is longer, you will be told ahead of time! I love going to a place where they are on a first-name basis. I do use this pharmacy over the corporate ran “stores,” … I do go out of my way to get my scripts filled!! I love the personal attention!! Why 4 stars… always room for improvement.

I was with another pharmacy for about 10 years and 4 months ago decided to switch to Costco Pharmacy. I couldn’t be happier to now. Now, my husband and son can have their medications through this pharmacy as well. They always call a couple of days before your meds are due to check if you’d like them sent through the mail. I have never known of a pharmacy, other than over the net and Walgreen’s, that’s willing to mail them to you. You are always greeted with a smile and never made to feel as if you are a nuisance. Some pharmacies will make you feel as if they are just too busy to answer your questions or take your prescription at the counter. I am so glad that I found a pharmacy I can truly count on. I don’t ever review, maybe 4 my entire existence, but I felt compelled to do so.
Rude Pharmacist. Guy’s kindly changed your pharmacy. Even complaining to the manager does not help. They favor each other like it is normal for them. I went to pick up my dad’s medicine. I was literally standing ideally for 10 minutes. When I approached them to make them realize that I was waiting for someone to help me, the pharmacist finally asked me, ” What do you want “?I have to yell twice. I need to pick-up the medicine she couldn’t understand me. It seems to me she does not understand the English language properly. Finally, another pharmacist came and helped me.
