Company History
Since 1968, Santini Villa Apartments has provided stylish and spacious homes for its residents. Our homes are built in a variety of sizes and styles with quality craftsmanship that make them stand out from typical rental offerings.
The concept of the Villa Apartments was created by award-winning local builder Eric S. Santini, who has earned a statewide reputation for innovation, building excellence, and superior maintenance of single and multi-family homes. Each Villa apartment and town home shares Eric’s signature of quality: distinctive design features, craftsmanship, comfort and ambiance. These elements work together to create a warm feeling of home and ownership for the Villa residents.
Today, under Eric’s personal direction, the Santini Family continues to own and manage the Villa Apartments.
