The worst pharmacy ever!!! Pioneer Health Compounding sold me an expired teething gel for my baby. When I returned it, they had the audacity to tell me it’s OK to use it up to three months past the expiry date??!!!! Ridiculous!! If I wasn’t my good-hearted self, I would’ve sued them. Modafinil is WAY overpriced. They have a policy of no returns or refunds without posting it up anywhere or telling you ahead of time. Rather go to Walgreen’s down the block or Noor pharmacy across the street.
Best pharmacy in town. If you ever need Modafinil late at night and there isn’t a place open in town, call the medicine chest. They will take care of you. Big Y Pharmacy is the only place in Boro Park open late at night and on holidays. I have used them on many occasions and was really satisfied with the service I received from them. I would really recommend this pharmacy to anyone who asks me.
First and last time! I went in after having surgery, and unfortunately, I did not have anyone to go for me. Very disorganized. I understand that they can be busy, and I have to wait my turn. However, they started filling meds for people that weren’t even at the pharmacy. So there I was going thru hell due to pain from a rotator cuff injury, and they were laughing and joking around in the back. The pharmacist had a huge satisfactory smile when she came up with meds and said,” told you you had to wait,” as if to prove a point. Def not going back.
Quick, friendly service from pharmacists who really care about you. I came for antibiotics, did not have health insurance, and they were kind enough to give me a small discount on Provigil, checked my medical allergies carefully, and made sure I knew all the side effects, including interactions with my birth control… I felt very well cared for.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. My wife has repeatedly been told her prescription is ready, drove over there, and then found out they hadn’t even ordered it yet. It seems every medicine she has on her auto refills is out of stock all the time, and no one remembers to order it even after being there talking to someone multiple times and being told they are ordering it now. Other pharmacies make you feel like they care and call different places to find your medicine elsewhere. This CVS Pharmacy is just awful. They definitely need to get a new manager and hire more people. Until then, I’d go somewhere else.
I love this place, so easy to get the help you need! They always go above and beyond! I hope it’s true that they r going to open 24 hours soon. My sister got ADHD anxiety, and it was like 11:30 at night. They delivered Provigil for free all the way to Flatbush. Thank you, Moishe. You are awesome!
Not sure why this Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever been to. God forbid you to need a script filled accurately and expediently. The pharmacy staff is mostly HORRIBLE. There are a couple of never very friendly and apologetic young ladies. However, they cannot alone make up for their shortcomings. As a manager in the customer service field myself, I would fire and restaff the entire pharmacy department. This is NOT the way your friendly pharmacy should be. Very disappointing.
